MJEI started when our team, working closely with construction sites across Kenya, realized most projects were still managed on paper — scattered across dozens of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and phone calls.
Budget overruns were the norm, material wastage was rampant, and teams had no way to coordinate in real-time. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built one.
